All orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipment. This period includes order verification, product preparation, packaging, and handover to our international shipping carrier.

Once shipped, delivery to the United States typically takes 7–14 business days.

Total time from order to delivery is approximately 10–19 business days.

Each pearl piece is individually handcrafted. In rare instances where a style is temporarily out of stock, or requires matching specific pearls for production, we will contact you promptly to inform you of the updated timeline. You may choose to wait for your piece or request a full refund at no cost.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be automatically sent to your email. You may use this tracking number to monitor the full delivery journey on the carrier’s official website, including transit, customs clearance, and out-for-delivery updates.

All U.S. orders are shipped with full customs clearance and duties included. You will not receive any unexpected fees upon delivery.

While we always strive to meet our stated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to carrier schedules, customs inspections, weather, or peak logistics periods. We appreciate your patience and will notify you if any significant delay affects your order.
